By accessing or using the Reverse Audio App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to this Agreement at any time and for any reason. We will keep you informed about any changes by updating this Agreement and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review this Agreement to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to be aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Agreement by your continued use of the App after the date such revised Agreement is posted.
To use the audio processing features, users need to purchase premium subscription.

Premium User Benefits:
While premium users have unlimited access to audio processing with the Reverse Audio app, fair usage policies may apply. To ensure a high-quality experience for all users, rate limits may be implemented if usage significantly exceeds typical patterns. These limits are designed to be generous and should not impact regular audio processing usage.
Free Trial Terms and Benefits:
By starting a free trial, you agree to these terms. For full details on premium features and subscription pricing, please refer to our Premium User Agreement.
b. We reserve the right to change the pricing, subscription terms, or benefits associated with in-app purchases. Any such changes will be communicated through the app or on our website.
We reserve the right to limit the number of audio processing requests for free users and may change or terminate our services at any time.
Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed the Privacy Policy in order for you to understand how we process, use and store information including personal data. Access to the App and use of the Services is subject to the Privacy Policy. By accessing the App and by continuing to use the Services, you are deemed to have accepted the Privacy Policy, and in particular, you are deemed to have acknowledged the ways we process your information as well as appropriate legal grounds for processing described in the Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to amend the Privacy Policy from time to time. If you disagree with any part of the Privacy Policy, you must immediately stop using the App and Services. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully.
The App may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including AI-powered audio processing services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms of use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. We disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Audio processing results are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional audio engineering or production services.
We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to decisions made based on audio processing results, financial losses from audio-related transactions, or any other consequences of using our audio processing services.
